What Types of IPAF and MEWP Training are Available in North Wales?

IPAF Training North Wales

IPAF 3A and 3B Operator Training: Looking for MEWP training in North Wales? This training programme equips learners with the essential skills and knowledge required for the safe operation of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs), including cherry pickers, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and mobile booms. Learners will gain an understanding of machinery operation, as well as the ability to effectively prepare and conduct risk assessments.

IPAF Harness: There are 3 different harness courses – either Harness Awareness which is done via e-learning, Harness User which teaches you how to don a harness correctly, and Harness Inspection which teaches you how to inspect a harness. If you are in a role such as a managerial position, a supervisor or operative responsible for harness and lanyards for MEWP usage, one of these courses is perfect for you.

IPAF Load Unload or Load Unload +: If you’re wanting to learn how to safely load, unload and position vehicles and conduct safe transport inspections, this course is for you. Please note the Load Unload is for vehicles under 7.5 tonne, and the Load Unload + is for vehicles 7.5 tonne and above.
